Vehicle Overview

This model is equipped with a fifth wheel and is used to transport semi trailers. The fifth
wheel is capable of pivoting up to 21 degrees up, 15 degrees down, or 7 degrees sideways. This enables the M818 to be more versatile in tactical operations under difficult conditions. Those equipped with a winch can be used for recovery operations.
