Logistic Support
As countries require more automated and timelier processing and delivering of parts and products, CIL can develop a comprehensive supply chain for parts, equipment, infrastructure items, and life support elements.
Parts Supply
CIL's unique ability to acquire parts for a wide variety of both US and non-US military vehicles, allow a holistic approach to parts supply for Ministry of Defense (MOD). Whether the need is for refurbished engines for M35A2 Cargo Trucks or track components for M113 Armored Personnel Carriers, CIL can facilitate the entire process from acquisition of the parts, the refurbishment process to specification, to secure shipping to a specified MOD facility. CIL can even train MOD personnel to install and maintain the needed parts.
CIL can also implement computerized inventory systems and parts requisition systems per MOD specifications. Streamlining these processes to a digital format allows for real time inventory status, implementation status, and usage reports allowing for the entire MOD's maintenance facilities to stay in constant contact.
Shipping
Various allied countries require unique solutions to country-wide shipping logistics for MOD products and life support elements. CIL can evaluate current conditions and obstacles and can design a shipping network that optimizes the MOD's capabilities. Whether an international shipping port with secured, defendable facilities are needed, or an existing supply chain to all MOD facilities for vehicle parts needs to be optimized, CIL has the experience and the staff to accommodate the need.
