As President and CEO of Clark International (formerly Clark Truck Parts, Inc.), Eric Clark continues to build upon the same principles of success - integrity, experience, and character - that his father embraced 50 years ago when founding the company. By forming strategic partnerships, Eric has facilitated the growth of Clark International from 24 employees in July of 2008 to over 90 employees and facilities in two states presently.
With over 25 years of experience in the Military Aftermarket Equipment Industry, Eric’s vision has guided then Clark Truck Parts, Inc to now Clark International Logistics, LLC into becoming a renowned and well established Global Defense Contractor. Serving on the West Virginia Export Council and his International Travels working with Foreign Ministries of Defenses of U.S. allied countries has allowed a vast International Network of Relationships to be forged.
Recently, Eric was given a Certificate of Appreciation from Col. Chuck Hoppe, Project Manager of Warfighter Information Network-Tactical for exception support provided during a project involving overhaul and modification of the High Capacity Line of Sight (HCLOS) Shelter System.

Mr. Thornton has over 15 years of US Military and Government contract experience. As a former US Army Special Operator and government contractor, Mr. Thornton has firsthand experience of the intricacies of US Military vehicles, platforms, equipment, and their deployment. This background, along with higher education and business management experience, gives Troy the tools to facilitate and manage foreign and domestic needs for CIL's clientele. As Director of Contracts and Development, he oversees all national and international agreements as well as potential product and services expansion at Clark International.

Mr. Barker is a graduate of West Virginia University and is a CPA with over 30 years experience at the CFO level and 6 years of public accounting. Mr. Barker has experience in business sectors including manufacturing, commercial construction, government, transportation, and retail. He is currently a member of the American Institute of CPAs and belongs to a variety of state societies of CPAs. Mr. Barker has received multiple awards for excellence in financial reporting.
