Henry Harmon
Chairman

Dr. Harmon has been a part of the Appalachian exploration industry for 30 years, leading one of the most experienced teams of professionals in efforts to expand and develop the boundaries of the eastern producing Basin. He founded Triana Energy in November 2000 and also served as President and CEO of Union Drilling, Inc., a non-affiliated contract drilling company in Appalachia from 2000 to 2003. He had previously worked with the Columbia Energy Group for 22 years where he served as President and CEO of several of its non-regulated energy subsidiaries, including Columbia Natural Resources. Under his leadership, CNR grew from a valuation of $300 million to its ultimate sale in November 2005 for nearly $3.2 billion.

James A. Jarrell

Mr. Jarrell is a former General Counsel of Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation. He has over 25 years of experience in the natural gas industry as in-house counsel, as manager of Asset Management for Columbia, and as a private practitioner with law firms in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He has broad experience in commercial contract and regulatory law and has worked as consultant to a number of private law firms and in-house legal departments.

Mark Chandler

Mr. Chandler has been Vice President and CFO of Triana and its predecessors since 1989. He is a central figure in all M&A transactions and in negotiating major credit facilities for the Company. Previously, he was CFO of Columbia Natural Resources and was a partner in the firm of Chandler and Lockhart, CPAs. He is a Board member of the Charleston Area Medical Center and former chair of the WV Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Eric Clark

As President and CEO of Clark International (formerly Clark Truck Parts, Inc.), Eric Clark continues to build upon the same principles of success - integrity, experience, and character - that his father embraced 50 years ago when founding the company. By forming strategic partnerships, Eric has facilitated the growth of Clark International from 24 employees in July of 2008 to over 90 employees and facilities in two states presently. Eric forecasts continued growth into several new equipment reset markets that will further expand Clark International. That will help develop the company into a global leader, providing the highest military and logistics solutions for allied countries and private corporations around the world.
