Assessment and Analysis
CIL's analysis team can assess each unique situation and objective. Careful analysis is conducted in country to determine needs, obstacles, and materials.
Situation
Each Ministry of Defense (MOD) has individual and unique defense requirements. CIL's assessment team will meet with MOD representatives to discuss short term and long term goals of the specific need. CIL analyze the data gathered and will present a situation report with recommendations, requirements, expense estimates, and time lines.
Environment
Environmental concerns can be overlooked and grossly under estimated. During CIL's assessment phase, environmental conditions and concerns will be accounted for in the planning and strategy. Geography, topography, population density, and a variety of other factors must be considered in the planning process.
Facilities
Existing facilities can be an asset or a liability for a proposed strategy. CIL will inspect existing structures for integrity, expansion capabilities, and defense fortification and will make recommendations based upon inspections. Building site concerns will be addressed.
Equipment
Individual pieces of equipment are all integral parts of a defense strategy. Maintenance and repair options of each piece of equipment will be analyzed. Equipment will be evaluated and replacement and de-mil options will be presented.
Clark International Logistics has the experienced teams to assess any MOD need. Whether it is a specific equipment or military vehicle need or a fortified training facility or other custom structure CIL is capable of developing the proper strategy.
